  Came here to get 2 vaccinations and a prescription filled and was told it takes 2 hours to verify my medical coverage. 2 hours?! and there's nobody else there? Then the cashier tells me that there's 30 people in front of me that she needs to make phone calls for. Really 30 people what you been doing all day? Really disappointed with your customer service. Don't think I'll bother with the pharmacy again.

  Very bad communication and service. Went to fill a prescription, they did not have enough so they told me that i could order. One week went by and medication still did not come in. Then i was told that it may or may not cone in. It is a simple yes or no answer. Why do you say it can be ordered and tell your customers it may or may not come in after one week. Now since its been one week i need to got back to my doctor to get another script. This is unacceptable act that could have been handed differently!!! I want the manager from this location to call me and explain to me why is it acceptable to tell customers that their medication is ordered and for their employees to tell customers "we dont know if it will come in". And the excuse we have to fill out froms to order does not make any sense to the situation, again is the medication coming in or NOT! I just wanted a straightforward answer, if i knew the service was this terrible i would have gone somewhere else!

  Aweful experience with the old nanang who works at the front, she is always at night shift. Dont get me wrong, im not against the ID first for tobacco products but she, if can, will want to ID your whole family or everybody with you. Im the one who is paying, she should Card me alone. Walgreens, show me a policy that you need to ID a person not buying a cigarette.
